Hack: Siv skirt with back vent

I tested the Siv skirt from Melilot in February, and you can read all about it here. The first post includes more details about the pattern.

This version is made with a few modifications. I added a seam to the back and a went to make it easier to move in. I moved the zipper to the back, and I adjusted the waist to achieve a tighter fit. I interfaced the pocket seams on this one, too, and it is lined. The fabric is a gorgeous mottled wool/silk suiting from Merchant & Mills, a remnant from a purchase a couple of years ago. The result is a quite classic skirt that I think will be wearable on most occasions, depending on how you style it. I love this version even more!
